By requesting service, you agree to the following:
1. Service Authorization
You authorize Omega Tow Services to tow, transport, recover, or service your vehicle.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices vary based on distance, vehicle type, and conditions
- Payment is due at time of service
- Additional fees may apply (after-hours, heavy-duty, special equipment)
3. Storage Fees
If your vehicle is stored:
- Daily storage fees may apply
- Vehicle may be considered abandoned after legally defined period
4. Vehicle Condition
We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Mechanical failure
- Contents inside vehicle
5. Delays
We are not liable for delays due to:
- Traffic
- Weather
- Road conditions
- High demand
6. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or illegal service requests.
